1. Time management: Manage time and plan yourself accordingly. Do smart work rather than hard work. Study the things you feel are more important first.
2. Take sufficient breaks: Don’t study for longer hours without any break. Take sufficient breaks. Studying for 6-7 hours straight without any break can make your learning process slow and you won’t be able to keep everything in mind.
3. Keep your desk clean: An untidy desk can clutter your mind. If you are working on a messed up desk with so many books and notebooks, your mind will probably get overloaded by a lot of thoughts and you won’t be able to focus at one subject or one topic.
4. Sleep and eat well: Staying up all night ,surviving on poor diet or no physical exercise can make you anxious and less focused. Make sure you take 8 hours of sleep, healthy and protein rich diet.
5. Take help from Teachers: If you are confused or not getting any topic, take help from your teachers or your friends to save time and study well.
